MAT 011: Basic Math Concepts


Register for this course Syllabus

A study of basic math principles and their application, followed by an introduction to algebra, which includes the solution of word problems and a conversion module used to provide experience in applications relevant to the health professions. The course ends with an introduction to functions and basic graphing. MAT 011 is designed to be used to remediate math skills in nursing and health profession school students and applicants.
