Transcript Procedures

Requesting a Transcript

Transcripts can be requested using the following methods:

If you have taken a course within our online system, you may request a transcript using the "Request Transcript" menu in the student dashboard.
If you have taken a class with us in the past using the email method, make the request to the NursingABC office via the Contact Form by supplying your date of birth as well as the name and address of the official or office of the school to which your transcript should be sent.

Please Note: Official transcripts will only be sent directly to schools unless the school specifically outlines that a sealed official transcript should be attached to each application.

Transcript Timing

Official Transcripts

It may take up to 7 days from the receipt of your transcript request until the shipment of your official transcript. If there is an issue regarding your request, processing may be delayed. Official transcripts are typically processed twice per week and sent via First Class U.S. Mail. This process cannot be altered or expedited.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial Transcripts may be sent via email and will also be processed with the Official Transcripts, twice per week. If you have a time sensitive request that requires an expedited Unofficial Transcript, please indicate this in the comments section of your transcript request form. Unofficial Transcripts that require expedition will be processed within two business days.

Transcripts are sent via U.S. Mail and should arrive at your school within one week of shipment. We do not have any control of the transcript once it leaves our facility via U.S. Mail. Please note the following shipment dates and corresponding request deadlines:

If your course is finalized and your transcript is requested by Monday at 4:00 PM ET, the transcript will be sent by our registrar on Tuesday morning.
If your course is finalized and your transcript is requested by Thursday at 4:00 PM ET, the transcript will be sent by our registrar on Friday morning.

Keep in mind that your school may require some time to process your transcript after it is delivered.

The issuance of transcripts, both official and unofficial, will be suspended during holiday and vacation periods.
